Tia and I were able to help past cleints/friends sell thier home they purchased 7 years ago and buy this beautiful home!
When they bought thier first home they had 1 beautiful little girl and now they are a family of 6!! This new home offers so much for their adorable family.
They had this move in their 2025 goals and sold in spring for top dollar after moving the family out and making the home picture perfect. Lucky for them they could live with her parents while they shopped and negotiated a home so that it fit comfortably in their budget! 👏
