May was an incredibly active month for our brokerage and for the Sacramento market as a whole. We're noticing a gradual increase in median sale price despite increasing interest rates. Our take: buyers who have been waiting on the sidelines for rates to drop are breaking ranks due to the likelihood that rates will continue rising in the near future. Either way, it's a strategic time to make a move!

We have another new team member: Ashmir Singh! A long-time holder of her real estate license, Ashmir has worked close to the industry and has joined Grounded as part of her transition to becoming a practicing agent.
