🎉 Uptown Bay City and BRD Opportunity Zone Developer LLC Investing $10 Million 🎉

Uptown Bay City continues to expand along the Bay City riverfront with the additional investment of $10 Million. Five buildings are currently under construction along the expanded 10th Street corridor that will serve as market-rate rental housing along with mixed-use commercial retail space and are slated for completion beginning in May of 2021.

This investment will continue the goal of Shaheen Development, with the support of many partners, including Bay City Government to create a more vibrant, and energetic area and walkable community contributing to a strong sense of place.
