Join us for our next training session, Legislative Advocacy 101.
This training will be presented by Delegate Kathie Hess-Crouse.
The training will be on July 7, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM. This is a hybrid event, and you may attend virtually.
However, Delegate Hess-Crouch will be speaking in person on location at the WVSILC office and we encourage everyone to attend in person at 6908 MacCorkle Avenue, St. Albans, WV 25177.
Please note: Individuals attending in person will be responsible for their own travel expenses, as reimbursements cannot be provided.
Kathie Hess Crouse is a West Virginia Delegate representing District 19 in Putnam County. She is a strong advocate for conservative values, focused on practical solutions that support families, strengthen communities, and grow West Virginia’s economy.
She serves on the Education Committee, Energy and Public Works Committee, and the Legislative Oversight Commission on Health and Human Resources Accountability, and she chairs the House Education Choice Subcommittee.
Deeply connected to her district, Kathie also serves on the board of the Putnam County Convention and Visitors Bureau, where she supports tourism and local economic development. She has been a consistent voice for policies that reduce taxes, expand educational opportunities, and attract new business investment to the region.
Kathie is a wife and mother who remains committed to serving her constituents with transparency, accessibility, and a focus on results.

Have you been refused or denied assistive technology, durable medical equipment, or other needed services by EPSDT/Medicaid? If so, we want to hear from you! Please call us at 304-346-0847 or toll free at 800-950-5250 for an intake.
In WV, the name of the EPSDT program is HealthCheck.
