Saturday, July 18, 12–5 PM at Osceola Heritage Park Events Center (1901 Chief Osceola Trail). 100+ exhibitors, live music, raffles, community panels, a kids' zone with bouncy houses, free haircuts while supplies last, and free backpacks/school supplies. Free admission — RSVP on Eventbrite or just walk in.
If you've got kids, or you're new to the area and want a low-key way to meet your community, this is a good one.

• 2,000+ homes at full build-out — townhomes, bungalows, single-family (+ multifamily)

• A 67-acre town center with ~200,000 sq ft of shops & restaurants

• Phase-1 amenities: lazy river, resort pool, fitness center, pickleball, soccer fields

• Ground broke Feb 2026 · sales expected to open early 2027
