Upper Post Flats is now open to the general public! While we will always be here to serve active and retired military, effective 9-18-23 we have begun to offer homes to those that have not served. If you have visited or contacted us in the past and were not eligible due to the military requirement, we invite you to come back and see our beautiful historic homes designed for those looking for affordable housing! We look forward to welcoming you home!
