Posi-flate inflatable seated butterfly valves are ideally suited for industries handling Wax Beads, and other fragile materials. Posi-flate’s unique inflatable design uses air pressure to expand the seat against the disc, providing even pressure distribution for a bubble-tight seal, every time. When deflated, the disc is allowed to move freely into the open position with no impingement, so there is no grinding or breakage of the material.

Posi-flate valves are available in a variety of sizes with several disc, seat, and housing options. A full line of actuators, limit switches and controls also are available to suit individual applications.
