Inside Executive Minds with Brig. Gen. James D. Cleet
This edition of Inside Executive Minds features an exceptionally rare and exclusive conversation with Brigadier General James D. Cleet, a senior U.S. military leader whose work directly shapes global security strategy and multinational operations across Europe and allied nations. His role sits at the intersection of strategy, ex*****on, and international collaboration—an arena few civilian leaders ever have access to.
Hosted by Dev Patel, this intimate roundtable will explore how leadership functions at the highest levels of complexity: aligning long-term strategy with real-time ex*****on, managing risk in volatile environments, coordinating across governments and global partners, and making decisions where clarity, accountability, and consequences are immediate and profound.
Designed for entrepreneurs, business professionals, and senior leaders, this session is intentionally small and highly interactive. Attendees will gain rare insights into how elite leaders think, plan, and lead under pressure—drawing powerful parallels between military command, executive leadership, and organizational decision-making in complex, high-stakes environments.

Happy Holidays from the Minnesota AAPI Veterans Association! 🎄🇺🇸
As we celebrate the holidays season, our hearts and thoughts are with the brave men and women who cannot be home to celebrate with their loved ones.
To those currently deployed, standing watch, and serving far from your families: Thank you.
We know that freedom comes with the sacrifice of missed holidays, empty seats at the dinner table, and time spent thousands of miles away from home. Your service ensures that we can enjoy peace and safety at home.
You remain in our thoughts and prayers. Stay safe, stay strong, and know that you are appreciated more than words can say.
