I have been with Innovize for 7 months.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲?
Success in this role comes from being detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate clearly across teams. It also involves confidently challenging processes in a positive, solutions-focused way to support ongoing improvement.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗷𝗼𝗯?
My favorite part of this role is the opportunity to communicate and collaborate with all departments, building strong cross-functional relationships that support overall quality and organizational success.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆/𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿?
I really appreciate the company’s culture and accessibility. Because of our size, you can connect with colleagues across departments, communicate openly, and truly feel like your contributions make a meaningful impact.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀?
I would say be prepared to ask questions and build relationships. Quality Systems touches every department, so communication and teamwork are just as important as understanding procedures and regulations. If you enjoy problem-solving and helping improve processes, it’s a very rewarding career path.
