Just launched: New down payment assistance program for Stearns County!

We're working with the Stearns County Housing Trust Fund to provide down payment and closing cost assistance to help make homeownership within reach for every qualified buyer. If you meet income qualifications and plan to occupy the home, you may be eligible for a loan that covers 10% of your purchase price for homes between $150,000 - $300,000.
