To further our mission of bridging the gap within the community for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities to live their best possible lives, Connecting Paths is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals for the position of Community Support Specialist. The Community Support Specialist (CSS) is responsible for providing quality supports and actively engaging with individuals to ensure their health and safety. The CSS will empower individuals in making decisions, in understanding and exercising their rights, as well as to provide support to them while in the community to achieve their individual goals.

Hey Caregivers and Special Needs Families,
Today is a the day that we celebrate the lives of those who have Down Syndrome. I have worked in the special needs community for 10 years and counting and let me tell you, I have been blessed to encounter some of the sweetest, thoughtful and out going individuals I know. So here is to another year of celebrating their extraordinary lives.
