Payroll and billing office personnel needed for service-oriented company.
Full-Time Hourly position Monday through Friday.

This position is full-time and will be working with Outside Managers, Field Service Employees, Customers, and other office personnel.
Weekly payroll will be created and submitted using our QB payroll and HR associate.
Assisting our field employees with their HR requests and processing hires and terms.
Creating orders, processing payroll, invoicing, communication between field employees/managers and customers are all part of this position.

REQUIREMENTS:
Microsoft Office Outlook, Quickbooks, and excel proficient.
Some payroll and billing experience.
Multitasking is imperative to perform well in this position as well as excellent follow through and communication skills
General office and customer service experience that would include some admin skills.
