🌟 (Belated) Wednesday Wins! 🌟

One of the greatest joys of what we do is partnering with outstanding school districts that are deeply committed to supporting students. Some of our favorite wins aren’t just ours. They are shared successes that reflect the dedication, collaboration, and hard work of so many incredible educators.

Today we’re celebrating several of the schools we have had the privilege of consulting with over the last few years. Through their commitment to strengthening their Tiered Positive Behavior Supports and their willingness to embrace continuous growth, these schools have earned the Missouri Schoolwide Positive Behavior Support (MO SW-PBS) Tier 3 Award of Excellence! This recognition is a testament to the countless hours of planning, collaboration, implementation, and perseverance demonstrated by administrators, teachers, support staff, and everyone involved. We are incredibly grateful to have been invited to partner alongside these amazing teams as they worked toward this achievement.

Congratulations to all of the schools recognized! Thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey and for the difference you make in the lives of your students every single day. We couldn’t be more proud to celebrate this well-deserved accomplishment with you! 💙

Congratulations to our Clinic & Community June Employee of the Month: Jessica Patton

Jessica Patton has worked with ABS as a PLBA on the school team for the past 2 years. As both a behavior analyst and former special education teacher, she brings an amazing amount of knowledge to her schools and students. Not only does she conduct FBAs, create behavior plans, and provide ongoing training and strategies to help decrease behaviors and teach new skills, but she is happy to help with curriculum needs, scheduling, and IEP goal writing, all while balancing a very full schedule! She has built great rapport with her students and the staff she works with in her districts. She may be moving on to a new adventure soon, but we are so lucky she has been a part of our school team for the past 2 years!
