Neil Misra for State Representative

It’s been an extremely hectic week, but I’d like to take a moment to quickly provide an update on the outcome of the election. Unfortunately, the Republicans swept every single seat in our district, and we were not successful in our bid for the House. I’d like to congratulate each of the winning candidates—though we might have our political differences, I am appreciative of the respectful and cordial environment that has existed amongst the Rep. candidates of our district.
Most crucially, I would like to express my profound gratitude to each and every supporter of our campaign. I could never have done this alone. Every single person that made a call, knocked on doors, made a donation, spoke to friends/family, shared a social media post, put up a yard sign, volunteered, offered advice, or just generally gave their support helped formed the fundamental bedrock of this endeavor. I cannot put into words how much your selfless sacrifice and your efforts mean to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I’d also like to extend a special thank you to the Salem NH Democratic Committee (who welcomed me with open arms, guided me every step of the way, and became like a second family to me), my parents/family (without whom this campaign would not have existed), and our Digital Director Ishaan Mishra (who is the heart and soul of the campaign).
Though we did achieve the outcome we sought, the value of the lessons learned, the knowledge gained, the connections forged, the friendships made, the dialogue created with voters, and the community impact we left are all beyond calculation.
Regardless of the outcome, I will continue to do whatever I can to fight the good fight. There will certainly be more to come in the future. Until then, thank you, thank you, thank you!

New Hampshire is confronted with a constellation of pressing challenges during these turbulent times. Our rights are gradually being eroded while the rising cost of living is hurting our wallets. We need strong, sensible leadership to confront these complex problems. Neil Misra will fight relentlessly to protect the rights of Granite Staters and provide greater fiscal responsibility. By keeping abortion legal, reducing energy bills, eliminating wasteful private school subsidy programs, and raising revenue from legalized cannabis, he will provide robust solutions to help tackle the key issues facing our state today. By refusing to diversify our energy base, NH Republicans have effectively put us on an “energy price roller coaster” with no safety belt. Whenever global energy prices fluctuate, NH families are uniquely vulnerable to electric bill increases. We need more diverse energy sources NOW to protect Granite Staters from these ridiculous spikes in energy costs.
