Why does the hair extension market have such a wide range, and why you can't compare your prices to others.

It depends on where the hair is sourced and what manufacturer you're buying your extensions.

Human hair is not manufactured like your cell phone and other goods. There are limited resources for hair, and conditions in the world play an essential role in dictating the price. Sourcing, packaging, and shipping the hair has also played a role in getting what we need to provide a quality experience.

It depends on experience and skill. Luxury hair requires luxury care, but it also takes a dedicated stylist to produce believable results.

While it saddens us as stylists to increase our prices or price based on our costs, our clients must know and understand that we face companies raising their costs every year. So, in turn, we must pass those costs on to the client.

So while we wish we could charge our client what we used to, it's next to impossible to do so and still provide for our families. It's crucial to invest in yourself to give the best possible experience for your guest, so you also feel more confident in what you quote them.
