On 8/22/2020, the Salem Boys & Girls Club hosted their Junior Chefs Graduation luncheon. Twelve students took part in the summer program sponsored by Tuscan Brands. The students under the guidance and direction of Chef David & the Tuscan Kitchen team, learned valuable kitchen skills like chopping, sautéing, making pasta, seasoning and most important- kitchen safety & cleaning. They served up a five course meal including bruschetta, homemade pasta, chicken piccata, marinated shrimp, and lady fingers in zabaglione with Fresh Fruit for dessert. Each student was presented with a certificate and a chef's knife set from F. Dick Cutlery. with Denise Belair Dolloff
