On Any Sundae

We just posted that we're looking for seasonal people... We are also in search of one amazing person to come in as an assistant manager. It's a pretty steep learning curve and a very fast paced position. It's going to take a pretty dynamic person and as long as they're motivated, punctual and intelligent we're willing to put the time into them.
We're not looking for anybody to change how we do things we're looking for people to learn how we do things and become a part of our team.
Caleb will be conducting phone interviews with qualified applicants that apply. Depending on how those go people will be moving on to a second round talking to Jennifer our shop manager. The right person for the role will then transition into a working position at the shop shadowing Jennifer learning the business, they'll settling into a role helping run the shop. There's a lot of personality that goes into our business and we're going to be looking for a well-balanced individual that understands who we are and how much it means to us to take care of our customers. This is definitely not an office job so the person needs to understand that their role is not one of just delegation but active participation. This is a role that we've needed to fill for a long time and we're going to actively be pursuing finding the perfect person for it.
