Our residents have been enjoying the opportunity to stay active, socialize, and work toward their wellness goals each week. A special thank you to Interim Home Health & Hospice for partnering with us and helping make this program such a success.❤️
It's amazing to see the dedication, encouragement, and smiles shared along every step of the journey. We are proud of our residents for continuing to challenge themselves and embrace healthy living!

🚶🏼‍♀️🚶‍♂️Walking Club 2026 is officially underway at Reflections Retirement Resort!
There's nothing quite like fresh air, good company, and getting our steps in to start the day off right. Our residents enjoyed a wonderful morning of walking, conversation, and fellowship as we kicked off another season of our Walking Club.
