So, I finally did something I’ve been wanting to do for years — I officially got my real estate license! 🎉

For those who know me, this isn’t a brand-new passion. I’ve been investing in real estate for a while now, obsessing over listings, and probably dragging my family to one too many open houses. 😂 But now I get to officially help others do the same — whether it’s buying your first home, finding an investment property, or just figuring out where to start.

🎉 Sooo... I did a thing 🎉

I just got my real estate license AND officially joined Berkshire Hathaway — because apparently, if your last name is Hathaway, they just hand you a name tag and say “Welcome aboard.” 😅

To answer your questions:
-No, I’m not related to Warren (but I’m open to it if he wants to adopt me!).
-No, I don’t have any hot stock tips.
-Yes, I’ve always loved real estate — mostly because as a kid I thought open houses were what you did on a free weekend (and maybe still kinda do).

I’ll be working in Monterey & Santa Cruz Counties (with lots of love for my hometown of Prunedale), helping people buy homes, invest smartly, or just obsessively scroll listings at 2 AM like I do (Almost worth getting woken up by kids in the middle of the night).
