Pressure Regulator Valve Installed!
This customer had lots of issues with his appliances having very short lives. When he was telling about that as I was changing out his dishwasher I told him about how that’s a common problem with homes without pressure regulator valves. I checked his pressure and he was at 105psi! Very very high!
I installed the pressure regulator valve and set it to 65psi. His showers are just as strong (he asked me to remove the pressure reducing valve in the shower heads.)
Protect your expensive home appliances with a pressure regulator valve! A valve is a very cheap protection device that I highly recommend.

Hot Water Heater replaced same day for this customer. This customer had a leaking hot water heater and decided to upgrade to a 50 gallon fiberglass unit! I picked up the unit he chose, delivered it, installed it, and took his old unit same day!
