Our children’s workshop is a dynamic, small-group experience designed for students in grades K–5th, centered on the powerful themes of cooperation and community. Through a blend of engaging psychoeducation, calming meditation, yoga-inspired movement, sound healing, and interactive team-building activities, children will develop a deeper understanding of how working together strengthens relationships and builds supportive environments. Each session is thoughtfully structured to nurture emotional awareness, encourage positive peer interaction, and promote a sense of belonging. This workshop creates a safe and enriching space where children can learn, connect, and grow—while having fun and building skills they can carry into their everyday lives
