We have been working hard over the winter months to bring together a new mentoring program for the State of Maryland Poplar Hill Pre-Release Center, in Quantico.

Robert Williams, Ron Pagano and Jane Reagan met, last week, with the facility Administrator, Michael King, as well as Facility Captain, Kevin King (no relation) and Facility Chaplain Travers.

After reviewing the draft of the proposed Manual, modifications were made so that it better reflected the needs of the facility. The target date for beginning the program is April 1st.
