This weekends (Feb 27-28) plates will include 2 smoked pork-chops on a bed of rice and topped with homemade gravy, slow cooked green beans, and sweet potato dumplings! 🙃

If you haven’t had a sweet potato dumpling, I’m excited for you!! They are borderline dessert 😍

Hey everybody, wanted to come and introduce myself. I’m Trevor. I have a passion for smoking meat and enjoy cooking. Been talking about a food truck for about 2 years. BBQ, loaded potato salad, smoked baby back ribs, ranch, baked beans, cornbread everything is made from scratch in our kitchen. I am just getting my feet wet, making plates on the weekends only for now. I am proud to say that I have sold out the past two weekends. My whole face was smiling.
