✅ Excellent physical condition, able to lift at least 80 lbs.
✅ Interest in fast-paced projects: fix & flips, remodeling, decks, walkways, pergolas, gazebos, stairways, and more.
✅ Power tool & equipment experience a plus (but not required).
✅ Strong listening skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
✅ Must have reliable transportation and be punctual.
✅ Hard-working, able to handle pressure and fast pace.
