Hi I’m Amy! It’s been awhile since I’ve introduced myself and given an update! So let’s get up to speed!
I started doing lashes 14 years ago. Wow how time flies! I had a store front with a team of lash artists for 10 years. I gained a lot of knowledge and experience during this time. However I had a pivotal life experience which caused me to really reflect and I ultimately decided to scale back my business. I closed my store front. Now, I still lash my clientele part-time in a private suite located in Holladay while getting some college classes under my belt.
Now for more of the personal stuff! I have been married to a wonderful man for 4 years, together for 9. We had a beautiful destination wedding in Costa Rica. I have a 14 year old daughter, and a 1 year old son. We LOVE all things nature. You can pretty much count on us camping most weekends in the summer.
I love genuine people who aren’t afraid to be themselves. I love deep thinking and curiosity. To me, life is all about experiencing. So that’s what I’m here to do! Just really enjoy the people I love and squeeze the most out of this life because if I have learned anything, it is that life is short and we aren’t guaranteed tomorrow.

She’s gorg!
We transitioned her from a standard cat eye to more of a “doe eye” look, which is longer in the center and tapered towards the outer and inner corners.
This suits her more I think🖤

I have officially hit 10 years in business🎉
It’s so wild because one can do so much growing in this amount of time.
I had a 2 year old daughter when I started.
My dog child was young, who has since passed.
I was young.
So much change.
And many more changes to come.
When I started Belashed I had no idea what I was getting myself into, I also had no idea that it would even work.
Did you know 8 out of 10 salons fail within the first 18 months of opening?
Well I’m here to tell you that my idea actually worked! I reached every goal I set. From very small, to large. Sometimes it felt like I was forcing a square peg into a circle hole.
This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever done.
