📸 Days 4–5: Leadership and Simulated Alert

Days 4 and 5 of the 76th Operational Response Command’s Annual Training STAFFEX reinforced both leadership intent and operational ex*****on.

On Day 4, the Commanding General addressed the full formation, emphasizing the importance of the mission and the responsibility entrusted to the command. His remarks focused on disciplined planning, shared understanding, and the standard required to accomplish the task at hand.

Day 5 transitioned into a simulated alert. While TPU Soldiers remained postured at Camp Williams, the full-time staff executed notification procedures and reported to their normal place of duty at Fort Douglas.

This deliberate design replicated the critical window between alert and full operational strength. During that period, leaders and staff validated accountability, reporting requirements, and initial coordination actions that set the conditions for follow-on operations.

Training the transition phase ensures the command is ready from the first call forward.
