The rescue is alive and well. Here are a few animals we have taken in this year due to a variety of reasons, such as owners moving.
Jim wants to say thank you to everyone who has donated. He very much appreciated your kindness. He is doing well, recovery is going slow but well. He will still be out of work for a few more weeks. Thank you thank you
Jim is doing well. Surgery went fine. He ended up having a 5 bypass. Thanks for all the well wishes.

Update: Jim is doing well. Surgery went fine. He ended up having a 5 bypass. Thanks for all the well wishes.
Jim had a heart attack last Friday. He needs surgery, which was done on Tuesday. He wanted people to know that the animals had caretakers arranged for today and tomorrow for feeding and checking on the animals. He also had some people take care of them before his heart attack.
Update: his surgery was postponed until tomorrow
