We are seeking a dynamic and qualified Construction Technician/Installer. Since this is very niche work, we provide all training and support required to be successful. The work can be difficult but it promises year-round work, a positive work environment and a job that can be a career!

Qualifications:
-Excellent communication abilities.

-Leadership skills and a "find a way" attitude (high confidence).

-Willing to work in all aspects of the job (from hand digging/breaking concrete to operating excavator).

*Valid drivers license with clean driving record required.

Responsibilities:
-preparing foundations for products to be installed (involves digging and breaking concrete).

-installing BASEco foundation products.

-loading and unloading material.

-provide a remarkable experience to our customers.

Compensation:
-Hourly pay starts at $21 per hour, with plenty of available overtime.

-Medical Insurance benefit and Paid Time Off available.

-Plenty of opportunities to move up into advanced responsibility roles at higher hourly rate.
