Part-Time Venue Manager
📍 On-site | $20/hr
Schedule: Monday, Thursday & Friday | 11am–7pm

We’re looking for a friendly, organized Part-Time Venue Manager to support daily operations at our event venue. This role is perfect for a student or someone looking to gain hands-on experience in event planning and venue management.

Responsibilities Include:
Managing social media posts and ads (Canva & Meta Business Suite)
Client outreach and check-ins with booked brides
Scheduling planning meetings and organizing the event calendar
Answering calls, scheduling tours, and booking events
Basic bookkeeping organization (training provided)
Coordinating landscaping, maintenance, and housekeeping services
Additional Details:
Weekend work required during peak season (paid separately at $150–$300 per event)
Customer-facing, on-site position (not remote)
Business casual for client meetings; casual on non-client days
Qualifications:
Experience with Canva and social media platforms
General office knowledge
Bilingual a plus
