Advanced Service Group is now hiring Preventative Maintenance Technicians.

**Salary Largely Depends on previous experience and workmanship, with many opportunities for advancement.

Requirements:
- Must have a good driving record.
-Must be able to lift heavy objects.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
-You do not have to have a Contractor license for this position.
-Preventive Maintenance experience Preferred, but not required.

Job Purpose:
Maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment in a commercial and residential environment.

Duties:

* Tests and repairs HVAC systems by operating the systems; identifying malfunctions; repairing or replacing sealants, parts, and components.

* Changes filters and belts on HVAC systems. Cleans coils. Checks gauges.
