Okay this is a big one! Last weekend I had the absolutely incredible opportunity of performing some of my original music with the !!! 🎻 above are some lil snippets of the full performance :)
Growing up as a pianists I never got to be in band or orchestra class in school (they wanted pianists in jazz band but that was 0 period at like 6:00 am and I was like helll nah at the time) so this was my very first orchestral performance experience!
What an incredible feeling. Despite having worked on this for the better part of a year, I am still baffled that this many musicians took the time to learn my music and perform it with me. It was truly special and meaningful experience. I can’t thank the orchestra/the conductor ( ) enough! Thank you thank you thank you thank you.
I’ve dreamed of hearing my pieces this way ever since I started working on “Pas un Monde Mais un Mirroir” over 5 years ago, I can’t believe it’s actually happened 😁
