250 years of driving progress, overcoming challenges, and building a stronger nation.

Over the past 110 years, we have been part of this country’s most defining chapters. From helping build the Golden Gate Bridge to supporting the war effort during World War II, we’re proud to have played our part in this nation’s story.

At Bigge, we feel blessed to live in a country where so many brave men and women sacrificed so much for the freedoms we all enjoy. Freedom is not free. It takes hard work, sacrifice, and resilience.

To every veteran, and to the families of those who never came home, thank you. Your sacrifice is not lost on us.

This year, our Memorial Day celebration at the San Leandro yard was joined by Marlene Settlemier, born Marlene Bigge. Marlene is the only living person who connects all five generations of family at Bigge, from our founder Henry Bigge Sr. to the fifth generation today. She has watched the company grow from her father's local trucking business into the largest bare rental crane fleet in the country, now run by her son Weston.

None of these 110 years would have been possible without the sacrifices made by the veterans who built and defended this country.
