July is Minority Mental Health Month
Honoring Bebe Moore Campbell ✨
As a journalist, author, and fierce advocate, Bebe Moore Campbell dedicated her life to mental health equity for Black and underrepresented communities.
National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month was established in her honor to continue that vital work.
Our culture, race, and ethnicity deeply shape how we experience the world—and how we experience mental health. True support means recognizing those unique intersectional needs.
🌱 Let’s honor her legacy by breaking the stigma and advocating for culturally responsive care.

❓How do I know if my baby is getting enough to eat?
❤️Signs your baby is getting enough to eat.
Many mothers worry whether they can make enough milk for their baby. These signs can help you to know that your baby is getting enough:
👉Your baby is breastfeeding often, 8-12 times per day (24 hours).
👉You can see and hear your baby swallowing while breastfeeding.
👉Your baby seems content after a feeding.
👉Your baby is steadily gaining weight. It is normal for breastfed babies to lose some weight in the first week following birth. However, they should be back to their birth weight by day 10 to 14 of life.
👉Your baby has enough pees and poops throughout the day
