→ Loved on my husband + babies

I’ve been quiet on this page, but not because I haven’t been working.
I’ve been building.
Changing lives.

Here’s 7 things you don’t need to do to lose belly fat & tone ⬇️

1️⃣ Cardio
Contrary to popular belief, strength training is actually more effective at helping you lose belly fat & tone than cardio.

Because the ‘afterburn’ effect of strength training triggers your body to burn fat for up to 48 hours after your workout.

2️⃣ Sit-ups
Focusing on ab exercises will not help you lose belly fat faster.

But a training and nutrition plan based on YOUR body can ensure you see fat loss progress in your problem areas.

3️⃣ Starve Yourself
You don’t have to dramatically cut calories or avoid carbs to see consistent fat loss progress. In fact, these tactics can backfire forcing your body to HOLD ON to its fat stores.

Having the foods you love is one of the biggest hacks for consistency.

4️⃣ Hours in the gym
One of the best ways to guarantee you fall off the first week is to take on an unsustainable gym routine.

Just 3 - 5 workouts per week for around 30 minutes is enough to see predictable fat loss.

5️⃣ Eat different from your family
Chances are your family doesn’t want to live on Chicken and Broccoli and neither should you.

You can eat the same as your family with
