At EBI, consistent team-building and education is very important to us. Our wonderful Transitional Care/Case Management (TCCM) department had a retreat for staff at Lake Chabot Park this month to do just that! 🌳🏞️
Staff participated in group activities for the day that included topics:
❤️ Top 10 tips for case managers
❤️ Trauma Informed Care
❤️ Resiliency and Burnout
We love to see staff bond and get some time away! Take this as your reminder to get outside! ☀️
