Winter, formerly Nadia, was found a few years back in a canal with a bullet in her leg. We’ll never understand how anyone could do that to her. With donations from our awesome community, we were able to get her the medical care she needed.

Her foster mom, Anne, nursed her back to health and adopted her. Winter’s story is testament to the resilience of dogs, the power of love, and why we do what we do!
