Apply today! The waiting list for the Vallejo Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program is open until March 5, 2024 at 5pm! This is the first time since 2015 that the city of Vallejo has opened the Section 8 waiting list so do not delay!

Residents who wish to be added to the lottery for a chance at placement on the waitlist must apply online by March 5, 2024 at 5:00 pm.

The applicant’s income must not exceed 50% of the median income for the Vallejo/Fairfield area, which ranges from $40,050 per year for one person, to $75,550 for a family of eight. Applicants must be 18 years or older or legally emancipated, be a U.S. citizen, or have eligible immigration status.
