“Surrounded by the Indian Ocean, the Maldives is a chain of islands and quite remote. We took a seaplane from the capital to Fesdhoo (the W Hotel Island). From above, the brilliant shades of turquoise created from the deep and shallow reefs were astonishing! When we landed, everywhere we looked was an insta-worthy vista - clear blue water, colorful tropical fish, white sandy beaches, amazing sunsets, green foliage, pink flowers, and the elegant design of the hotel itself.
