Goodbye, Sears. Hello, what's next. A lot of us have a memory or two in this building, a lot of first jobs and last-minute Christmas runs happened here. So we don't take a project like this lightly. Change is hard, but it's also how communities grow. The former Sears buildings are fully demolished and our team's now working below grade, crushing and reusing concrete on-site to shape the pad for Northgate Town Square. Onward.
