Rainbow trout eggs which originated from the Mt. Shasta Hatchery were sent to 54 classroom aquaria. Each class learns the life cycle of a salmonid, the effects of a healthy ecosystem and they connect with their local watershed. Students cared for these eggs and released the fry into their local watershed this morning. We have been involved with Trout In The Classroom for many years and it's one of our most rewarding programs.

We recently explored the San Francisco Bay Area with George Revel and Steve Adachi of Lost Coast Outfitters along with Evan Praskin of Stokeventures Fly Fishing, as well as a few anglers from the Northern California surf fly fishing community: Pete Fazzini, William O’Neil, Paul Waters, Cash Bolos and Owen Murray to experience fly fishing the Northern California surf.
