All Star SwingJam

The deadline for the All Star SwingJam Apprenticeship Program is this Saturday, November 1st! We currently have over 40 applicants across the 4 available slots and we couldn't be happier to have so many people want to be a part of All Star SwingJam 2026 with this fantastic learning opportunity! 🚀 Applications are now OPEN for the All Star SwingJam Apprenticeship Program!

We’re looking for 4 passionate community members to step into real event roles and learn directly from our staff mentors:
🎶 1 Apprentice DJ (mentored by )
🎤 1 Apprentice MC (mentored by )
📝 2 Apprentice Judges (mentored by )

This program is open to ALL levels!! Your WSDC points will not be considered in the selection process. What matters most is your passion, curiosity, and drive to grow.

Each apprentice will:
✨ Work directly with their mentor before, during, and after the event
✨ Take on real-world assignments at SwingJam (DJ a set, MC a competition, judge multiple comps)
✨ Receive a weekend staff pass, staff hospitality access, and $100 towards travel or lodging
