Here's a thought for couples I had while working with a client celebrating her 20th wedding anniversary: Write out the story of how you met and fell in love. Include what you fell in love with. Both of you. Then read them every year to each other and to your family. (Or read it privately at least.) It's like a mission statement that gets renewed for a company.
I've heard many beautiful stories. It would be a wonderful tradition and ritual I think. Time for me to write mine!
