You need to have a strategy in place and no matter if you are in an event (which is what our business specializes in) or online, building relationships with your consumers or potential consumers is key.

But you also need to know what need your product or service would be filling. How would it make the consumer feel... knowing this allows you to relate directly to them and connect the dots for them.
