Our mid-June graph shows that buyer and sellers are moving back toward an equilibrium. What was a very strong sellers' market has turned into a more moderate sellers' market. It's still a great time for sellers, who can enjoy the increase in prices over the past 15 months, but buyers can be happy that prices seem to have already peaked and that inventory is the highest it's been in a year.
