🔹 About the Role
This key leadership position oversees clinic operations, staff performance, and strategic initiatives across the region. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring efficient operations, strong financial performance, and exceptional patient outcomes—while fostering a positive, mission-driven culture.

🔹 What You’ll Do
Lead and manage multi-site dental clinic operations
Drive patient access, scheduling efficiency & service utilization
Oversee budgets, financial performance & reporting
Supervise and develop high-performing teams
Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and HIPAA standards
Collaborate with clinical and executive leadership
Implement strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

🔹 What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s in Business or Healthcare Administration (Master’s preferred)
5+ years of healthcare management experience
Clinic or ambulatory care leadership experience preferred
Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills
Passion for community-based care and team development
