NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
Under O.C.G.A. Title 10, Chapter 4
By reason of default of a Self Storage Lease(s) by and between Self Storage Secure, LLC and the undersigned Occupant(s), the following personal property will be sold at public sale to the highest bidder:

Name: Tyhari Sanders Unit No. 3018
Contents: Queen mattress and box spring, dining chairs, pallet headboard & footboard, dresser w/mirror, tv stand, flat screen TV's, exercise bike, bedrails, bed frame, too much to see due to stacking, etc....
Owner has complied with all terms of said lease and of O.C.G.A. Title 10, Chapter 4. Said sale will take place December 13, 2025 @ 10:00 a.m. at 500 M. Friedman Drive, and 10:30 a.m. at 211 S Harris St. Sandersville, Georgia. Sales can be made with cash, check or card (there is a 3% convenience fee added to all card transactions). Successful bidders must take possession of any purchases at the time of sale.
