Sandpoint and North Idaho friends! After some much needed rest and regrounding I'm back to setting up regular sound baths. I'm so excited to announce that I will be partnering with The Yellow Room-Sandpoint to host my first sound bath of 2024. This event is the day before my 34th birthday so it's going to be an extra special event where we dive deep into the connection to the self. This is something that I've been doing a lot of inner work around in 2023 and I'm really excited to bring this energy to my first sound bath of the new year.
