Northern Grind

Step into the adventure with us! Here is a quick walk through of what the last month has been like for us! We are so blessed and humbled to hear how many of you are missing us and just waiting for the best coffee in town to be available again!

We stepped into this project with one major goal, replace the floors to give us a more sanitary space easier for cleaning. That turned into needing to paint, might as well since everything is out. Then my amazing husband did what he does and made everything better! Did it take more time? yes, were there challenges and huge hurdles, uh ya. Was it totally worth it? Im thinking... definitely.

Beaux looked at this space and said, this is the time to do it, so he did. He replaced water lines, plumbing and built custom built in countertops that will make being a barista so much easier. Then he built shelves. I haven't the time to go into the details, you'd be bored, but me? Im nerding out on all the details my husband took into account to make sure we had the most functional space.

It isn't finished, it won't be for some time. We have ran out of money and have to work with what we have, but what we have is already SO AMAZING. We will be putting in final touches tomorrow, testing the plumbing for leaks, installing the espresso machine, fridges and ice maker. Cleaning and stocking the stand in order to be OPEN and ready for Farmers Market this Saturday!

Please pray for us as we continue this project in faith, that no hiccups tomorrow will keep us from opening. That we have the endurance to push through, and God continues His provision.
