We met a major milestone this week with the BOCC’s approval of a zone change that we represented for the Priest River Animal Rescue and Critters. The land is currently owned by the Ranch Club Golf Course.
We are grateful to be working with this dedicated group to eventually build a new animal rescue facility.

Commissioners approve Ranch Club zone change Bonner County commissioners unanimously approved a zone change request that will bring a Priest River animal shelter one step closer to its relocation efforts.

The first step in this zone change that we presented was unanimously in-favor. It will now go before the County Commission for their approval.
We’ve been working with the Priest River Animal Rescue on a feasibility study to move locations and expand their services.

Zone change approved, PR Animal Rescue A zone change request for a 35-acre property off U.S. 2 from Suburban to Commercial was unanimously approved by the Bonner County Zoning Commission during a Dec. 18 meeting.

Waterfront ADU post 2 - we’ve worked on many of these smaller living units over the years and learned that the room layout, natural lighting, loftiness and outdoor spaces provides for an open and comfortable space within an efficient footprint.
