New home, retro vibe. Concept images for our Cedar Ridge project overlooking Lake Pend Oreille. Construction is slated for spring 2026.

Built in 1910, this Sandpoint Idaho home needed some major TLC and an aggressive amount of reimagination. The project exterior takes design cues from the historic downtown core district, utilizing brick and timber detailing, wood windows, painted cedar lap siding, and a new rumford-style wood-burning fireplace.

The project is slated for completion this summer. We will share detail photos of the final product (and our design/build process) soon!
